Dias Souza Construction was founded in 2017 by Nilson de Souza, but the craft started long before the company name did. Nilson has been laying stone, setting pavers, and pouring concrete across Greater Boston for over 18 years — long enough to remember every wall he's built, and every customer he's built it for.
Today, Nilson leads a team of 4–6 skilled craftsmen serving homeowners across Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. From small front-walkways to large retaining walls, every project gets the same care — because the goal isn't to finish fast. It's to build something the next generation will still admire.
